Viostudios collects, uses and processes personal data of applicants in the context of the Creator Assistance Program (hereinafter “Program”), with the aim of supporting Creators in their work in the field of Music & 3DDesign.
Please read the following conditions carefully. Only if you agree to them can you apply for the Program. All items not listed here are subject to the provisions of the
Privacy Policy, available on the official Viostudios website.
📌 If a participant under the age of 18 provides false information, this person alone is responsible for any consequences arising from this.
📌 Participants undertake to follow the legal requirements and organizational instructions of Viostudios within the framework of the program.
📌 The data collected is used to verify eligibility to participate, for age verification and, if applicable, to process Creator remuneration. Participation is only permitted with your own authentic account.
📌 In the event of false information, previous rule violations or misuse, participation may be restricted or exclusion may occur.
📌 Information on operated channels and platforms (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, etc.) is collected in order to better categorize and accompany your content.
📌Viostudios reserves the right to adjust, pause or terminate the program at any time for internal reasons. In such cases, there is no entitlement to compensation.
📌 Participants can object to the processing of their data. However, participation in the program is not possible without consent.

📌 Purpose of data collection: Implementation, communication and optimization of the Viostudios Creator Assistance Program
📌 Collected data: Name, email address, year of birth, platforms used, channel URLs, content, social media links, Discord ID if applicable
📌 Retention period: For the duration of the program and beyond that only within the scope of statutory retention obligations
📌 Data transfer: Only internally at Viostudios and not to third parties, except to comply with legal requirements or for program processing.
